1. Deposits:
For all reservations with OnlyTints, we require a deposit to secure your booking. The deposit amount may vary depending on the type of service or reservation you are making and will be clearly communicated to you during the booking process.
2. Deposit Payment:
Deposits can be paid using the payment methods accepted by OnlyTints, which may include credit cards, debit cards, or other secure payment options.
3. Cancellations:
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.
4. Cancellation Notice:
To cancel or reschedule your booking with OnlyTints, please contact us at 0401 139 207 at least 48 hours before your scheduled reservation time. You can also refer to your booking confirmation for specific contact details.
5. Forfeiture of Deposit:
If you fail to provide the required 24-hour cancellation notice or if you do not show up for your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
6. Reservation Changes:
If you need to change the date or time of your reservation, OnlyTints will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability. Please contact us with your request at least 48 hours in advance.
7. Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late for your reservation, OnlyTints will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened to ensure we stay on schedule for other customers. Your reservation may be cancelled if no contact is made.
8. Rescheduling by OnlyTints:
OnlyTints reserves the right to reschedule your booking in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to emergencies, maintenance issues, or other operational constraints. We will make every effort to notify you in advance and reschedule to a convenient time.
